Unwilling to work towards a solution to please both parties
After purchasing a vehicle I had to call and book the apt for new tires instead of someone contacting me. Also discovered I was leaking oil (5 days after my purchase) and no one was willing to negotiate with me to cover the cost of the repair.

It was a great experience.
Norman was great through the whole process once again. I never felt pushed or hurried to make a decision. He found my vehicle quicker than I expected and made the process easier for me even as I was fighting a bad cold.
