Excellent customer service!!!
I purchased a 2018 Honda CRV (my first Honda) and I can’t say enough about the service I received from the moment I walked into the dealership until I picked up my new SUV and drove off. Rob Burgoyne was a pleasure to work with. He happily answered all of my questions (I had LOTS), he took the time to show me all the amazing features that the CRV had to offer and even helped me setup the Apple CarPlay. He followed up with me a few days after I picked up my car to make sure I didn’t have any further questions. Amazing customer service, thank you!

Vehicle had more kilometers on it than per sales contract and request for service went nowhere.
2014 Honda Ridgeline. As advertised 34,000 km as received within 3 days 38,700. Offer to settle, $500 in Honda Products via the dealer. I appreciated the offer but suggested it was too low. I countered with a request for 4 winter tires on rims. Denied and dealer said the $500 was a good offer. I suggested we look at depreciation cost per km times 4700 if closer to $500 I accept their solution. If above then I get my tires. No response. I requested service to the Ridgelines tonneau cover, no response. All in all it has been a hurtful negative experience.
