Elle fut excellente.
Vincent est très respectueux du client. Il ne fait aucune vente sous pression. Il a répondu clairement à mes questions que ce soit au moment de la vente ou après celle-ci. Il se démarque par sa gentillesse, son entregent et sa courtoisie.

I had advised Rheal to let me know how much it would cost me before the mechanic does any work and within 15 minutes he told me. He was honest with me and it went super fast!!

Chris always provides GREAT customer service
Chris went above and beyond to make everything happen with one appointment... everything was fixed and parts were ordered and ready for my appointment and chris made sure that the work was done correctly and done right so there was no problems... chris takes the time to give you all the details of what’s wrong with your car or what is coming up for services...
he does his job very well... very happy with the service I received...

Excellent experience, especially considering it was my first time buying a car.

Easy and less stressful when negociating via emial!
I first used the chat feature on the Honda website to start and then got assigned a salesperson (Bruce Graham) and did most of the back and forth talk/negociations by email. This worked very well for me as it gave me a chance to think about what I needed.
