The service I got was exceptional... they looked after my problem immediately.
One of my wheels became loose causing a noise and slight vibration, car was brought in
immediately. The sales department, service department and mechanic were on it
very quickly. Problem diagnosed quickly and problem fixed...
Over the last 37 years I have driven a Honda product and I could not ask for better
service on any occasion that it was required.

We have had the worst service from Honda, in comparison to any other garages individual business, before.
We made an appointment for our first vehicle check up/oil change and had notified them in advance, so they would book the necessary time required. They told us they would also fix two recall glitches at the same time. Apt at 1pm. They also said they would arrange to have a shuttle bring us to and from work . We dropped the vehicle there hirst thing in the am. Great! Sounds good! Except, little did we know we would be waiting over an hour for the suttle to bring us back to work.. Then at 4h30 pm, they weren’t done with our vehicle.. waited 45 min.. to finally find out we would still have to wait to have the allignment done. We have kids waiting at daycare! Honda didn’t respect their timeframe. At 5:30pm, Had to cancel the allignment to make sure we’d get to daycare before it closed.
Now, we need to book another apt to have it alligned.. It sure won’t be with Honda!!! Never trusting them witm my time ever again!! This is not the 1st dissappintment I have had with Honda! Wish I would have stayed with Toyota!!! And the service received was very disapointing.. staff giving very little explanation for the delay.. kept putting us off by saying.. just need to wait s little longer.. over and over!!!! Will be returning to our previous garage service, less expensive, and better service by far!!!

The didn’t even wash the car!!!
They didn’t make me feel like a special client they made me feel like a number, then they tried to up sell me. Just like we seen on Market place TV program... Telling me I should get a wheel alignment. The car has only a few km i just got it.

I was given inaccurate information on my warranty and hence was charged fees that I feel should not have been
emergency break issue, I had requested it be fixed the last time I was in for work and it was not fixed, I had to request it again and now I have been charged due to warranty expiring in March when I was told it was going to expire on June 20th when I purchased my vehicle.
Second issue is my tire sensor light keeps going on, been an issue since I had the vehicle. I was called that you found the problem and told it was not covered under warranty. I said then do not do the work and then I was charged for work on VSA?? on my invoice. Phil at the service desk in Moncton mislead me on that item

Experience was ok
Reception was not any better than any other location. Continually had to introduce myself. He did not remember me after going to see him 3 consecutive times during the 2.5 hours I was there. He should pay attention.
