Very friendly and professional service
I purchased a vehicle, the service was very professional, open, and inviting. The only negative comment about my experience is the process used to negotiate the price of the vehicle. I know this is the process all dealerships use, but it is very confusing and can be mis-leading for some customers. Although I feel I paid a fair price for the vehicle, I am still not certain that I actually paid the price I think I negotiated.

Purchase of a New Honda CRV Touring
As always Paul Steeves has given us excellent service. He is very professional and knowledgeable of the product that he sells. Whenever we ask Paul a question he always has the answers for us and if he doesn't know he will find out the answer and get back to us. This is the reason we keep going back to see Paul Steeves.
