In purchasing a 2nd vehicle from a dealership the vehicle is part of the decision but service is just as important and yours was over the top on Friday.
Because of a busy day, I dropped my CRV off about 10 for a 1:00 appointment. I asked if it was possible for it to be ready by 2:30 and they said they would do their best. They went above and beyond I received a call at 12:12 my vehicle was ready called - before the scheduled appointment. THANKS

Emergency service
Low tire pressure and sensors had to be reset after winter tires installed. When applying brakes loud noise. Brake pads were loose in brackets on a new car. Why?
