Scam
Hi,
I was told I was getting a free car starter as well as winter tires included in the price we had made a deal on. When I received my car we checked the billing and they charged us for both of them. We asked them if they had made a mistake and they told us there was no deal and they never would've agreed to give out the tires as well as a car starter. Very disappointed in the people working at Moncton Honda. Very dishonest people

I'm the General Sales Manager and I'm disappointed to hear of your recent experience with us . I spoke with your Product Specialist and he explained to me there was a miscommunication when the numbers were presented he said "the payments include a remote starter and winter tires" not that they were included for free.
I can certainly understand your frustration if you felt they were free although we do not discount our Used vehicles as we price them on our Velocity pricing model. Essentially we do a volume business model rather than a model of selling less vehicles for a higher profit off each unit, as such we are already priced aggressively in the market which I'm sure is part of the reason you came in to see us.
I hope we can agree on this as a misunderstanding and with that in mind our Used Car Assistant Manager has already covered the cost of the Winter Tires for you and refunded you via cheque.

Terrible experience
Salesmen not knowledgeable. Financing terms and interest rate kept changing. Unfortunately the buy didnt concretize. On top of it, the desk manager was making fun of me. Very bad experience. The car has now been sitting on the lot for 4months (used). Ad said mileage @ 98000. Odometer was showing 106000. Oil was very low on car. Thanks.
