Moncton Honda

We recently leased a 2019 CRV and purchased a 2015 Fit. Our salesman, Shawn Rousselle and the manager, Mark were both great to deal with! We are so pleased with both vehicles and the help we received in choosing them.

Not satisfied brought car for brake service never put bolts in and charged full price. Had to get car towed went 3 days no car.

Had a great sale rep who was very knowledgeable and friendly which made the process of buying a vehicle easy

One word sums up my experience purchasing a vehicle from Moncton Honda. FANTASTIC ! My fiance leased her first car from them and had a great experience and a couple of years ago when I went with her for her second lease to get a new Civic Sedan it was amazingly fast and painless like I've not experienced for myself before. Taking her vehicle in for service appointments I found the same to be true for their service department. After having purchased a number of used and new vehicles over the years I've come across all kinds of dealerships and salesman and their finance people. It was time for me to get a Honda!. The folks at Moncton Honda are second to none. From the experience with my fiance, Shawn Rousselle was the one to see. Clearly a busy man who is always multi-tasking with several customers on the go at once he is is still able to make sure you get the time and attention you deserve. From the time I entered the dealership, took the test drive and spoke with Shawn to when I left having a deal in place to trade in my 2015 Scion tc for the 2019 Civic Coupe it took two hours tops. Pick up on the car was set up for 24 hours later, the next day at 3:00pm. They ensured the ducks were all lined up for insurance and registration and all the little details some dealers leave to the customers. Moncton Honda wants you in their vehicle and they work passionately to make it happen and make it happen fast. Other dealers sell cars, Moncton Honda sells the experience. The work that Shawn does as well as Business Manager Amy Steeves is commendable. They make the new car buying experience what it is supposed to be. A fun and exciting milestone that's meant to be a pleasure from the beginning to when you drive off in your new car. Thank you Shawn & Amy, Thank you Moncton Honda !

Serge at the wicket was helpful. I got the shuttle both ways . It took 3 hours but I expected a longer wait to change winter tires on April 30th. One thing bothered me though. Victor is an older man at Honda to help people find their cars etc. After parking my car & as I briskly walked to the Honda building door , Victor approached me asking if I had business there!! I have been a customer of this Honda dealership for over 40 years & have had 4 Hondas including 2 CR-Vs . To me that statement was embarrassing making me think that I didn't belong there or for some reason he thought that I didn't look like a customer although I was dressed very nicely, no cleavage or tight clothes plus I had my Honda keys in my hand & looked like I was on a mission to get some kind of service. That man or any Honda employee should never ask that statement. Instead he should have said, "May I help you or direct you?" I am 71 years old & a retired teacher . I was very upset after Victor said that to me & I called Honda & mentioned it.
