Oil Change
Well greeted by the service advisor, was friendly and quick. Unfortunate that our local Honda dealer (Bathurst) cannot obtain this level of service with all of their service advisors.

Excellent experience

Great, courteous service and car was ready in less time than estimated.
I received courteous and prompt service and was advised that my vehicle would be ready in Approximately one hour and that the cost of the oil change would be covered with my prepaid package and would be charged for the SI. The vehicle was ready in approximately 45 minutes and the cost was for the SI only. I was also given a rain check for a future car wash because their car wash was out of operation. I was very satisfied with my visit.

Fine but slow
Service was quite slow this time. 3h+ for a tire change when you have an appointment does not seem reasonable. They had to put the car back in to check alignment (which I could have skipped) but it seems like it would have been more efficient to do that when the car was already on the lift.

Great service each time. Positive upbeat staff. I know the product is great, but the experience is even better when it accompanies positive people
Recent services on my Honda Civic. The person I met first was someone outside the building, what a nice greeting! It was helpful to have someone like that to direct the costumers, due to the renos happening. The service was excellent. Its not just about getting work done on the vehicle, it’s about the welcoming as well. That service should never be minimalized! Keep up the professional work!
