No pressure, a fair price and a positive experience.
This was our fifth Honda and Paul Steeves was the sales person for all of these. The experience was relaxed, respectful and without pressure. We were able to negotiate what I felt was a reasonable price. Paul took the time necessary to answer our questions, without dragging out the process. Even completing the paperwork was very organized and efficient.

Great and quick service
The team did a great job respecting the scheduled appointment. It was only for tire change, but they made sure to offer all options and describe what will be done...no surprises.

Well organized
The employees were polite and well informed and answered any question. that l had. I told the service employee what l wanted done and he obliged. I read until the work was complete and my name was called.
I know it is costly to operate a vehicle and l trust you are keeping service charges competitive.

Good service with a small mistake
Service was fine and my questions were answered. The tech may have been in a rush because my mvi slip had the incorrect date. This required me to return again to have it viewed and fixed. Not a big deal. Customer parking was very tight so I parked down the side street on my second trip. If there is anyway to have a designated spot out of the way to show cars to customers I'd recommend it but I understand your space is limited with the construction. Thank you.
