Excellent service, especially from our sales person; Andrew Jardine. I would recommend Moncton Honda to my friends & family.

Our experience was very good considering we had to trade in a car, which always complicates the deal. Andrew Jardine was very good all along the way. Love the new car !

New Car Purchase

I looked around at different vehicle dealerships and I must say that Moncton Honda beat them all for customer service and making the whole car buying experience easy and do I dare say "enjoyable". I have owned a lot of vehicles over my lifetime but have never felt so at ease when buying one as I did at Moncton Honda. They really know their stuff and none of that "sleazy car salesman" stuff that goes on at other dealerships. They are honest and straight forward and that is the way it should be. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a new vehicle.

Inquired about a vehicle, left in the dark

I was in contact with this dealership about getting a truck for my Fiance, they told me that she didn't make enough money to be approved for a truck. I was in the middle of a discussion with them through text message, and they simply never responded after I sent a couple of replies. This was the most annoying part of the whole experience, the simple fact that they couldn't even spare the time to reply to me. About a week after this interaction, she was approve at the dealership I normally deal with for a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado. In the end I'm glad they never responded, because if that's how they treat their potential customers, I don't want to imagine how they treat their paying customers.
