Good service
My last visit to moncton Honda was a good one Serge was very polite and courteous my car was worked on and finished in the time I was told it would the only thing I did not like was whoever worked on my car changed the odometer settings also put my heat setting to low and also turned my auto headlights off this is really not that big of a deal but I feel the car should be returned to the customer the same way that is was when it was brought into the shop

Service for Car inspection
Car inspection.....prompt service. Well within the time of the service quoted. Reception at counter was respectful and polite. Nice to see the regular person at the counter. Last 2 visits for service were not satisfactory. Very unpleasant.

Vince knows the product he is selling. He is polite and knowledgeable. This is the third new Honda that we purchase and it's always a pleasure dealing with him. I won't hesitate in referring my friends and family to him.

Good
Had oil change, service rep was good. Unfortunately they forgot to reset my “service indicator” for the oil. So now it says my oil change is due... The rep also advised me of a “product update” for my car and ordered the parts. (I’m waiting for the call once the parts are in). The service rep was good, but mechanic did forget to update my “indicator”
