Excellent experience.
I was able to get an appointment within the week and the service was finished on time and as requested. The service representative was friendly and knowledgeable when answering my questions. Service is a big factor in my vehicle purchase and Honda's will keep me driving a Honda.

Best vehicle purchase experience I’ve had to date!
Moncton Honda was a great experience for me. Their staff were knowledgeable about the product, effecient with the entire process, and very helpful with financing and any questions that I had. I had the pleasure of dealing with Matt Carter when purchasing my 2015 Jeep Compass, who even went as far as showing up to work an hour early to accommodate my working night shifts. Based on my personal experience, I would absolutely recommend this dealership for your vehicle needs!

Be aware of your administration and warranty fees
I would like to begin by adding that the salesperson we dealt with during the purchase of our newly used (Honda Certified) vehicle was professional and curteous. That aspect of our visit went very well.
My main concern is when we agreed on most of the costs and were brought to the financial office. The finance person (Amy I believe), was quite cold to us and snapped at me when I asked what this "Tire warranty" of approximately 289$ was all about. She snapped that this was non-optional to which I said, it's a warranty, it's optional. She then assured us that this meant that our tires are covered for any damages until their lifetime expires.
I inspected the tires on my way out and they may have a summer left in them at the most. I essentially paid 1/3rd to 1/2 the price of a new set of tires for a useless "non-optional" warranty.
It's a shame that this dealership would rather have a low review for 289$ rather than taking it off and receiving the 5 start review they were initially headed for. I will definitely be following up with the head-office and provincial consumer affaires.
No one should have to pay close to 300$ for a warranty on used tires. I wouldn't pay that for one on new tires...
