Stressful but turned out great!
Overall good service and very patient. There was a misunderstanding in the « extras » we wanted and although i had only noticed once i signed the contract, Billy Gallant took care of everything for me the next day and the new contract was drawn up before i arrived on site. It caused me anxiety thinking we got scammed, but nope, not the case and rectified immediately. Very appreciated.
We had also asked them to fix a squeaky fan before we purchased the vehicle, but it was not done/they could not hear it. So now i have to book an appointment for car servicing to get it fixed/oiled.
These are the only reasons for me to not give 5 stars. The 24h anxiety of the misunderstanding and the inconvenience of having to book a car appointment when we had asked for it to be taken care of. Other than that, Billy was friendly, patient, made for a pleasant experience at Moncton Honda, was not a pushy salesman and I would recommend him to others.

Excellent
I loved dealing with Matt from moncton homda, we were treated with respect and honesty. We had a little issue after the fact and they were dealt withwithin a few hours. I was a simple issue but for me, it was an important issue and they didnt minimized it, they dealt with it right away!

I've been a Honda customer for over 25 years and never has any issue. Friendly and quick service has kept me as a loyal customer. We are extremely happy with our vehicle and the way we were treated.

Not a dealer you can depend on!!
So last week brought my car in because it was beeping and telling me all kinds of messages on the dash..... lane keeping assist problem, collision mitigation system problem. So I was told you would have to replace a camera or sensor of some sort. I was told it usually only takes a few days, I was very patient.....never heard from anyone so this morning I was told it’s on back order till I don’t know when. I have to drive a car that goes beep...dong every few seconds till I don’t when. Fun fun!! Not so much.
