Very happy with our Honda purchase
Our Sales Associate, Normand Ward, was very helpful and professional. He went over and above and communicated with us evenings and weekends on his personal time. Normand is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable in making a decision.

Very disappointed in the delay of what should have been a quick, simple appointment.
I had an appointment on April 25 at 10:30 to have my winter tires removed and replaced with summer tires (which are rims and stored at Moncton Honda). After sitting for 10 minutes, I was told there would be a 2 hr. delay - totally unacceptable and that the courtesy driver would be arriving in approximately 20 min. (it was actually 30 minutes. After over 3 hours, I called to see if my car was ready, because I hadn't heard anything. I had my friend drive me to pick up my car. Were the appointments overbooked? If so, I should have been called before I left my house. I'm not impressed.

Unhappy with dealership.
very dissappointed with the service dept. had noise with brakes when I went in, and guess what, same when I left.!! with the price of vehicles today, you would think they would fix the problem.
