A missed opportunity!
I visited the dealer in January with the original symptoms. There was a 'miss' by the Service rep and the mechanic, as the issue was not identified or corrected. I continued to drive and changed gasoline suppliers as it seemed like a gas issue. Of course it didn't resolve the issue.
When I returned this time, Chris (Service rep) immediately identified that there might be a service bulletin on 2016 Civic Turbos. His response was a great relief as i knew then that Honda had a solution. However, it was hard to hear that this bulletin was in place when I came in January.
That is why I describe it as a 'miss'. I am a loyal customer, I am treated well at the dealership. My NO is only to ensure that the 'miss' is flagged.
I don't understand why these bulletins can't be attached to the car file so they come up when a car is brought in for service.

service was 100 percent of what i expected and service advisor was top notch
went in for oil change and type b service on my crv and it was performed in time that was quoted and everything was done to my satisfaction , service advisor was very good

Didn’t remedy the problem
I came in because I needed an oil change and I was low on oil (1 liter). When I picked my car up they changed the oil but said they found no leak. I said there are pubbles under my car of oil and I am down a liter. I was dismissed and said you are probably burning it . I questioned I if they looked into that , the counter person said no and just to come back if it is low again. I do not have time to continually bring my car . My father is a mechanic Only coming to you for the oil changes I received with purchase and I warranty. I know what I am talking about and to be dismissed like I have no idea was very frustrating .

Long wait
I had to wait so long (1 hour) for a courtesy pick up which would have left me late for work so I cancelled the ride and made other arrangements.

Very good!
I always have great service from the guys at the service desk. They call when the car is ready and are pleasant when I come in..
