I went to get a used Honda verified for the condition. the counter guy was extremely informative, explained what they would check on the car. The mechanic came to get me to show me the problems with the car. indicated approximate cost and gave me suggestion as to what the car would be worth in reality and suggested that I should think twice about this old car, and the rust was going right through the floor. if IT was not t for the team there, I WOULD have lost a lot of money on this car. thank you HONDA and their service department!

I arrived on time. Vehicle was taken right away. Courteous service by the Technician. Recall Repair was done right away. Excellent Service.

Upon arrival, I was served by the friendly customer service staff at the counter. After bringing my car there for four years, I always have a positive experience there.

It took some time to get the quotes I needed to make a decision on the vehicle I was going to purchase/lease. In the end I ended up the vehicle I wanted.

During the test drive I noticed several problems that seemed to me as brake/wheels related. The salesperson promised those problems would be fixed by the time the car was going to be delivered to me. During the delivery I asked about the fixes and he confirmed: the car is fine. While on low speeds it was better but when I got on Wheeler Dr I could feel the brakes and wheels vibrating. It was not OK. As I was concerned about my family safety, on the next day I took the car to another repair shop and they suggested me have all 4 wheels fixed and also the brakes. I sent an email to the salesperson but he was not working that day and took a while to get back to me. By the time we spoke I had already fixed the car. As this was a brakes/wheel related problem I was fearing for my family safety. It was expensive but the car is finally running as expected... I don't feel unsafe anymore
