good customer service but it took quite a while to get my car
good customer service but it took quite a while to get my car. appt for tire change and oil change was a 930 and car was only ready at 1230. was told it would be ready by 1100

Slow and un professional
Waited 2 1/2 hours to have tires changed over that were already on rims! Did not give me back the hub caps that were on the summer tires. Had to call looking for them and had to return to pick them up

Failed twice
We ordered our winter tire and rim package and booked an appointment with Chantel G on Nov 14 via email which went fine. Unfortunately the Nov 20 appointment was poor in 2 ways, (1) The tires we ordered were not the ones they installed on our car. (2) We were not contacted previous to our appointment or while at home during the actual tire installation that other tires were being chosen for us without our approval. Whether our requested and previously ordered tires ran out, were given to someone else or the wrong tires were just installed by mistake is up for speculation. Anyway, in the end we were given a story how great these unrequested tires were when we returned to pay the bill. As you can see Honda service department deserves a fail here on our very first experience with them.

Moncton Honda offers a large selection of choice and we have always found the staff to be professional, courteous, friendly, but most importantly they listen to what we want.

He was a gem of a salesperson, he was very respectful towards my need answered all of my questions made me feel that I was important he focused only on me and what I was looking for.
