in and out very fast
Chris explained out what had gone wrong with our civic as we had a loud clunk when putting in gear. Come to find out one of the axle nuts was not torqued correctly at the factory and had backed out allowing the axle to snap in the wheel bearing. Did a bit of search on this and found it appears to be a common problem with some civics.

Car detail
Oily droplets on car. Appears to,be overspray from tire treatment. Brown water spots on inside doors. Service pleasant, carpets good and upholstery good. Wheels and engine good as well.Told any problems to call. Have not done that yet. Too busy to take car back. A big improvement for sure but feel it could have been better considering it was a deluxe package.

Cruise control
I advised that I have issues with the cruise control, when it is on and I go downhill. The control is not accurate, when the car brakes on it's own, it takes to long and I've noticed a difference of 15 km/h between the actual speed and the cruise set speed. The car takes to long to break, I don't have this issue going uphill. I was told that this cannot be fixed. But I'm worried Becuase the difference is to big and could get a fine If I don't control the brake manually, and that makes the idea of cruise control pointless if I need to brake
