A respectful and courteous salesman
When we decided to purchase a 2017 Honda CRV, Matt Carter was prompt in replying to our many e-mails in a very courteous manner. We feel that he listened to our concerns and what we were looking for in a vehicle as well as with purchasing from another province. Although we may have hit a few bumps, he was prompt in taking care of the issues. We are expecting that we can now rely on this dealership for excellent service.

Quick efficient customer service
Mark made the experience with Honda a memorable one. He went over and beyond knowing I had to travel shortly and went to Service New Brunswick to get my plates. Definitely appreciated.

Our experience was welcoming, educational, informative and efficient.
Bedford was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with. He was willing to negotiate with us on price which was appreciated. On the financing side of things, Marco was friendly and knowledgeable as well. We were very satisfied with our experience at Moncton Honda.

Great experience start to finish. So glad I stopped in on a whim. I'd been driving Toyotas for 12+ years, Mazda before that and before that Ford. This was my first serious look at a Honda and it's been great! Nice dealership, very efficient, friendly people, finance part was seamless and I love my new car.
