over priced for what I was previously told

I was told that it was $115 per hour and it would be 1 hour to replace my fog light, well it cost me $198 with tax, I knew that tax would be added but didn't realize that they would charge me for 1.5 hr of labour, I drop the car off at 1:20 for my appointment at 1:30 and my car was finished at 2:19 as per the invoice don't understand why I was charged for 1.5 hrs, plus they called our name I guess but they never came to see us in the waiting room like all the rest, he just said he was to busy to look for us, but he was coming for the other?

Awesome!!!!!!

It's very uneasy for me to walk into a dealership and look around for a vehicle, especially when I don't even know what I want to do or what I'm looking for. I've bought a few used cars in the past and it's really not my thing doing the whole wheeling and dealing kind of thing. High anxiety just at the thought of it. This however was a very good experience. These fine folks had done their job well with excellent customer service. They made me feel really comfortable the entire time. They gave me space when I needed it. I would highly recommend these fellas to anyone to deal with. If I'm to get another vehicle down the road, I'll be looking for Rob and his team to help me out. Thanks Rob and Amy. Thank you Moncton Honda...you made my purchase of my first new car and enjoyable experience.

Excellent service at Moncton Honda because of John Gallagher's professionalism

My husband and I recently purchased a CRV at Moncton Honda and our Salesman is John Gallagher. This is the second vehicle that we purchase at Moncton Honda and it is greatly because of the quality of service that we have been receiving by John. He treats us with respect, answers all of our questions and he makes sure to follow up if we expressed any concerns. He is honest with us and respects our decisions without being pushy. He is straightforward, clear and right to the point. In other words, he says it like it is and we appreciate his professionalism.

I was asked to pay for something that is under warranty

I have a 2016 Honda Odyssey with 26000KM on it. I have been having problems for the last 6 months with a sliding door "sticking". I can't reproduce it and it happens randomly. When I went in for an oil change I asked for someone to have a look at it and maybe lube some parts. I was told if there was a problem found it would be under warranty but if the mechanics couldn't find a problem I would be charged. This made no sense to me. I asked if there was anything that could be wrong with the door that would not be covered under warranty and the answer was no. Why would I have to pay if Moncton Honda is unable to find a problem? After asking to escalate, I was told the work would be done with no charge. This issue should've never come up on a brand new car. Very frustrating morning for me.
