Salesperson unfamiliar with hands free phone/text features and other options not shown to me.
Four months after leasing the car, I am struggling to figure out the phone features. Also had a friend tell me that the S mode is Sport-I had no idea. I have spoken to other honda owners who said their salesperson set up their phones and showed them all options on the car- not sure why I did not get the same courtesy.

Adam was awesome
Bought a car last week, Adam worked with us to get me in the right car for me, this was a bit of a challenge as change does not come easy for me. Adam was always smiling and kind and I felt we were his priority. Thanks for everything Adam....you're the best!

Paul made the process easy and painless.
I did not feel pressured to upsell or buy what I didn't want. It is obvious to me that Paul loves cars, and his manner is infectious. He gave me time to think it over, and answered my emails quite quickly when I had extra questions. The negotiation process was smooth, and the handover to financing was easy. Very good experience!
