Went for oil change. % was not reset. Returned next day to have % reset and stood 5 min waiting while two employees chatted. On break perhaps ,but don't stand and chat where customer is standing to be waited on.0nly one service personnel was working and he was tied up on phone.

Adam is the best!
Adam was great, I came in to have a look last week and he put up with all my crazy with a smile and got me in my new car. To be perfectly honest if it hadn't been for Adam I would not have made the purchase, my husband found the same car at a couple others dealers for a little less and wanted to go and check them out, I said nope I like Adam and I want him to have the sale. Adam was very helpful and kind and really made me feel like we were his priority. Thanks Adam.....I'll be in for my tires on Saturday hahaha

overwhelmed with service
Service is excellent, friendly, helpful, excellent salesman. Sold us 5 vehicles since 2006. So Paul you are the best keep up the good work. We would not go anywhere else. Honda vehicles are the best. I loved my Ridgeline, daughters love civic and accord and I love the new CRV. xoxo

amazing at giving us information and answering any questions we had
he was great at giving us all of the numbers and prices when we asked for 3 or 4 different options, was right away on it, we were not waiting a long while for the response. He was respectful towards are choices and only gave out our options but during the whole time we didn't feel like we were forced into a decision, he gave us time to decide and we didn't feel pressured at any time to purchase something we did not want.
