Great service department - delivers on what they promise.
Went in for regular service, tire change and platinum detail. They needed the car all day for this, but arranged for a drive to/from work - all services and the drive were all delivered as promised. My CR-V looks like it is brand new again. Thank you.

Great Service
The service was great. The work was done with no issues and recommendations received for future work.
They were backed up, not sure if overbooked or not, but I would have appreciated the option to skip an alignment check if that is what was hooding up the line.

Parking
The appointment took way too long. Due to the current renovation, parking has become very difficult as well as finding a place to wait while vehicle is in the shop.
Let’s hope the renovations won’t last for much longer as it has become a real headache to visit the garage or dealership.
