He walked through every detail with used vs. new and financing vs. leasing, did a car walk through showing all the gadgets and set ups, and was super prompt on providing any information that I required. Not only was he great at finding me my perfect car, I even got to hold his guitar after my purchase! I requested to have a trailer itch install. On the day I drop my vehicle all the parts were not order to finish the job. 2 weeks later I check the status of the missing parts and they toll me to bring the car to finish the job and again one part was missing and cannot use my trailer itch pretty disappointed at the service and the lack of organization

As tough as it is to have to pay for any repairs, I really appreciate how Gan Chev treats us costumers and takes care of us. Not just my car but also making sure the experience runs smoothly. Thank you for this last service and the ones to come!
