The trailer hitch on my new RAV4 XLE was installed better than expected.
My trailer hitch was installed. The dealership drove me home and back to pick up my vehicle. I was impressed by the care they took to cut out a section of the rear bumper to ensure the hitch blended in, unlike other aftermarket hitches. A nice trim piece was also stalled. Overall, it was very well done. Thanks!
