My experience has and continues to be excellent.
I am on my second Cadillac XT5 with this Dealership and have dealt with "Shorty" both times. His level of service has been nothing short of excellent. He quickly and capably answered all my questions about the vehicle and continues to promptly respond with any follow-up requests I have had. I have been extremely satisfied with his level of service and attentiveness.

Ryan went over and beyond for us .
I bought this car online, sight unseen .Ryan sent pictures , gave me info and made me feel very comfortable buying it .I live more than 4 hours away and Ryan offered to personally deliver it more than half way .

Personal and professional experience from order to delivery of my new Cadillac.
The sales manager at Gan Cadillac searched and found the SUV with specific options I requested when no other dealership could. Throughout the build and several delays during the manufacturing and delivery, I was kept updated and assured of a positive outcome.
Today I picked up my new Cadillac. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful explaining all the features and completing the delivery paperwork.

Professional knowledgeable and informative as to all workings of the new vehicle Mark took his time and gladly show all in inter workings of the XT5 when I left I had complete confidence in the vehicle would recommend the Sing Cowboy Salesman to anyone wanting a experience in purchasing a new Vehicle

We had an excellent buying experience.
This is the second vehicle I have bought from Gan Chev. Larry (shorty) has been excellent on both occasions. I live out of town and upon our arrival everything was good to go. It made for a very easy buying experience. I would highly recommend Gan Chev
