Speak to the Service Manager - he knows what happened!!! His name is Kelly Scott. They left my block heater cord dandling in front of my car after they were done and I dod not notice until I got home......what else did they not do?

We had a great experience working with Craig, who is so knowledgeable, approachable and provided excellent customer service.
As an older couple, this was our first experience with a new vehicle with so many new technical enhancements. Craig intuitively knew we felt challenged by the technology and took his time to explain and show us how things worked. He has a way of imparting information that makes you feel you are not old, nor stupid. He is a great sales person - you should have more like him.

Everyone we encounter did whatever they had to to make the experience as pleasant as possible
There is not much more I can add, it was a very good experience, much like the experience I had when I purchased my truck a year ago from Murray
The only Takeaway was the fact of having to pay full MSRP
