Dennis squeezed me in late on a a Friday afternoon to make sure I could drive safely over the weekend
Dennis took the time to hear the symptoms I was describing regarding the concern with my car. I really needed the car over the weekend to drive out of the city to take care of my elderly mother. He put the car on a hoist and checked the brakes, etc. to make sure everything was in good condition. He was very kind and spoke to me like a female who knew what she was talking about. I really appreciated it. I felt very good and safe about driving out of the city on the weekend.
The service at the dealer was good but the problem with my car still exists because GM will not offer a solution.The dealership is following the instructions from GM and I am not satisfied with the outcome.Not the dealership's fault.
Continuing difficulties with frozen pipes and sensors in my 2015 Chevy Trax. Although I may have choice words for the designer of my vehicle the service technicians were great.
Cregg Pucely was excellent, went out of his way to satisfy...Made sure everything on vehicle was ordered and got running boards installed aftermarket as to be able to pick up vehicle on scheduled date. Service with a smile..
