My winter tires were changed and the car was winterized in a timely manner.
Peter, our longtime consultant , is always friendly, patient and knowledgeable.
After approximately 6 visits and over a year my malfunctioning back up camera is still not worked my.
After approximately a year and 6 service appointments my backup camera is still not working properly. At times the screen goes blue when put the in reverse with a warning to service the camera. At this point no one can tell me what the problem is or when the problem can be rectified.
GM’s response this far has been to try and ignore me and put up road blocks. I have never felt my issue is being treated seriously or that there has been any zealous attempt to fix it.
