Went in for an oil change which was great as normal. What I didn't like was none of the staff were wearing face masks. You had about 15 customers in your waiting room area and only myself and 2 others had masks on. None of your sales staff also were not wearing masks and were wandering around your salesroom. Surely you folks could set a better example.

Thanks for the feedback Lyle . When you were in September 8th we did not have the restrictions of code Orange yet. We did actually go to Code Orange protocol before the province announced it. I was taken in right away and the work needed explained clearly. No surprises, just the usual winter readiness. It was also washed and the inside vacuumed and it really needed it so thank you.
The dealership outlined what they would include in service (oil change, tire rotation, vehicle inspection) .
Since shuttle service is no longer available they explained how long I would have to wait for service (up to two hours) but they had my vehicle completed within an hour so very pleased.
