I own a GMC Canyon and needed some warranty work completed. I had the pleasure of having Chris Mark as my service advisor. Chris was a pleasure to work deal with and very professional. Recommended replacement of radiator after fault found during previous service visit. Service advisor ordered replacement and advised when parts available for install. Have accurate estimate of time required for work and informed me when work was finished. Service advisor confirmed that repair was covered by warranty. Work was done completely and without defect.
I was unhappy with the a portion of the service I received. I reported my concerns to the service manager (Kelly Scott) in an an e-mail dated August 23rd. Mr. Scott has yet to respond to my e-mail.
