Poor Communication

I was unhappy with the a portion of the service I received. I reported my concerns to the service manager (Kelly Scott) in an an e-mail dated August 23rd. Mr. Scott has yet to respond to my e-mail.

Friendly and efficient service

I have been getting expert helpful advice from my service advisor Peter ever since I bought my truck in 2004. Murray Chevrolet keeps it in good running order, and people there are always good about presenting me with options for maintaining an aging vehicle.
