I was facing a "check engine" situation. Loss of power etc. After working with my service provider it was confirmed that this was a recall problem. Went to the tech who made the necessary repairs coupled with an upgrade to the computer. My vehicle has never run better in the 5 years that I have owned it.
Went to trade off vehicle. Emailed dealer guy before. He has vehicles ready. Needed to stay extra day. Gave us our car as dealer car Craig gave us his own vehicle to go for lunch. We had only met him once before. Totally impressed.
Service oil/filter change etc. quick response, very short wait time. Was pleased to be in and out of the service facility in a very reasonable amount of time.
