I came in to have my tire pressure checked & tires inflated. I felt like I was in the Cheers Bar, as 3 different employees came up to me & asked how I was doing & how I liked my new Sonic! They remembered me from previous visits I’ve had at Murray’s!
My indicator light showed low tire pressure in right back tire, so I went in to Murray’s. No waiting involved & away I went.

Bad start to NEW Truck
Bought a brand new Colorado having problems with the main touch screen right away, took the truck in to get repaired 2 months ago apparently they need to make a wire harness for the truck, they tell me 6 more weeks. Seems like a long time just to get a part? Definitely lost confidence in this dealership going forward they have very poor communication. FYI $40,000+ for a new truck with no radio, back up camera and other functions not working I really feel ripped off.

NEW VEHICLE NOT PROPERLY CHECKED PRIOR TO DELIVERY, POOR FOLLOW UP
-Had windows tinted prior to delivery, not done to specs requested.
-Not enough DEF fluid in truck on delivery to make it home from dealership
-Sent E-Mail to Sales consultant about issues and was not responded to
