New vehicle lease
Excellent customer service and very quick and easy time in the business office. All of the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up getting into an accident shortly after leasing my new vehicle and the service department got me an appointment right away. Great experience!

Awesome buying experience
This month I had the pleasure of buying a 2017 Silverado double cab from Danny Burkett. I can honestly say it was the best and easiest buying experience I've had in all the times I've bought a vehicle. He made thinks simple, never kept me waiting, and answered any questions I had promptly. He made me aware of potential options for my vehicle but was never pushy in any regard. This I feel is a vital part of the sale of a new vehicle. As a younger buyer, I also never felt any pre-judgment on the staffs behalf. This is a rare quality to find in dealerships nowadays. Darlene Stewart handled my financing and did a great job. She made things as easy as possible. Laid out options for me once again and I feel I settled on a great deal. Overall a fantastic experience. Will be buying my next vehicle from Murray in the future.

Tanner was a pleasure to work with in purchasing my new vehicle.
My first visit to murrays to purchase a new truck was very disappointing. After booking an appointment online, I arrived to find out that not only the vehicle I was interested in wasn't ready but there was also no sales rep scheduled to assist me with the purchase. When introduced to John he was very distracted and dismisssive of my questions. With a sales rep Lacking motivation to find the vehicle color with the options I wanted I was completely discouraged. A couple months later through an add I ended up back at this dealership but this time I lucked out meeting Tanner, he was attentive, explained in great detail every aspect of the vehicle and shocked me when he had the running boards and box liner sprayed in and ready for pick up the next day! I am not sure I will return to this dealership for servicing but if we're to buy another vehicle I would definitely contact Tanner. He was amazing in all aspects of customer service.

The checklist indicates that the windshield washer fluid was filled, but it was not. What else on the checklist does not get done?
On October 25th, I popped my hood to add oil treatment to my oil reservoir and noticed that the windshield washer fluid was not filled, as indicated on Certified Service checklist. I took a picture on that day, so I had it for reference. It makes me wonder, what else isn't being done when I go through the quick lube service lane. The rest of my experience was favourable, as it wasn't busy and I didn't have to wait that long.
