It was just an oil change, so it was a simple process
I was told I had a small wheel alignment issue . I thought of this afterward...but it would have been nice if they would have told me that there was an issue at my previous oil change or if this was a new issue.
I was given a coupon for an alignment that was good for a month, but I ended up having surgery shortly after the service. I have not had a chance yet to deal with the issue.
Service staff are very efficient and courteous. They explain requirements and the process to repair and follow up after the service to ensure customer satisfaction.

I have been dealing with the dealership since it was carter motors . All the staff are realty pleasant to deal with Jamie Ernie is good to deal with .i also like dealing with Dennis Mitchell in the service department . I will continue doing business with Murray Chevrolet
Staff and service were friendly and professional. The only thing I can suggest is the tag for the free oil change is not strong enough on a key chain. Mine broke and fell off and was lost.
