Car repair
I brought my corvette in to replace two tires and two rad hoses.
When I arrived at 9 I was told that it would take about an hour to do the work.and was asked if I wanted to wait,I said yes since I didn't have any pressing appointment s.
Since I was in the market for a new vehicle I decided to go car shopping.
I received a call from the service person and was informed that due to a previous job ,my car wasn't going to be ready till after one.
I picked up the car late in the afternoon..
The exact time I can't recall.
I can appreciate that sometimes things get messed up, however having to wait almost an entire day for something that should only have taken 2 hours at the most is a bit frustrating.

Overall people are very friendly but the service lacks real customer appreciation.
Had some maintenance done on my 15' Silverado (multi-point, 4 wheel alignment, trailer break" "error message, axle boot had split and leaked grease). They had my vehicle for 2 days, with ample time to give my truck a quick wash, like other dealerships do. Not washed. Grease not cleaned from underneath my truck.. at all. "Service tire monitor system" message displayed after the service. Overall not a happy customer. I've been bringing my vehicles to Murray's for maintenance for 6 years. Not sure if I'll be coming back.

Came in for oil change... the lady taking the info does not speak english well at all. This caused a number of problems.
The lady in the quick lube doesnt speak English very well. There was a number of mistakes happening regarding my oil change before it even got done.
I have no issue with her personally but why would murreys put someone in such a position to deal with the public? As this was happening i talked to the guy that actually changes oil about my concerns.. he spoke to her with my concerns and again there was a language barrier. He struggled to make her understand. This lady is nice and all but the language barrier makes it very hard to do business.
