Ryan was fantastic but your service technicians leave much to be desired.
After purchasing a used 2013 2500 HD from Georgian, I had to deal with a number of poor service issues. My sales experience was great...Ryan was very professional. However, upon receiving the truck, I discovered that the truck box wasn't washed out, the steering alignment was out, the steering wheel controls were sticking, the interior vehicle cleaning was incomplete, the contract was completed incorrectly and heck, the door hinges were creaking and not lubricated. Bringing the vehicle to service, I had another poor experience: someone thought that some cleaner on a rag would be good enough to clean up a sun visor, and a service adviser (John) was to have ordered the steering wheel control. Bringing the vehicle back to point out the steering misalignment, I discover that John did not order the steering wheel control part, and a review of the controls said that they were working properly. Without even starting the vehicle, I was able to show Chris Campbell ( who did a fantastic customer service job) that the controls were still not working and that people weren't doing their job to a low standard level of satisfaction. Chris had the part ordered in and installed in a VERY timely manner; bringing that issue to a close. I've been left with cleaning the box out, cleaning the interior, oiling the door hinges and I'm off to purchase some new wipers as they don't work worth a hoot. I'd complain about the wipers but I suspect I'll hear about how I bought a used truck and not everything is going to be perfect.
Ryan and Chris were fantastic & I would recommend them to my friends. However, I'd offset such a recommendation with a serious warning regarding any work that is to be done on a vehicle...the service crew is just not up to par. I'm sure that they have lots of paper credentials to warrant their hire. However, their attention to any detail is sorely lacking. Especially in a competitive marketplace and sector such as the auto industry.

The trade that Oscar and I did went superb.
I had a problem when it came to renewing my plates a couple months after swapping my old truck for another one. The newer truck was never released form your hands and had to get that looked after (and have truck re-safetied) in order to get plates registered to me. The store took care of that for me and I was very happy!
I had and still have glitches with the truck I traded for. The blower motor makes very annoying sounds. It was brought in and was told they we're going to change it. Nothing was done, the motor still makes real annoying noises.
The previous owner was no doubt a heavy smoker. The smoke odor was masked when I test drove the vehicle and now I find the smell nauseating in the truck. It was mentioned and service department gave me a spray that doesn't work...
There was an issue with the passenger airbags. It was looked into (Ithink it was even sent to toyota), but the sensor indicator still shows passenger airbag off at times. It fluctuates between off and airbag (never does it indicate that airbag is on...).
So overall, I'm happy with Oscar and the way things got done. I only wish that the mentioned issues would of been properly repaired.
