Very disappointed with the service.

I bought a 2020 Hyundai Venue in June 2020. It was reasonably priced and it had lots of features and good on gas. Perfect for my wife and myself. Each time I went into Fenwick with a concern, I was blamed. My concern was something I thought could be safety. It was always my fault. I finally decided to get in touch with Hyundai Canada. Not much difference in outcome. Lesson learned. I won't ever buy another hyundai. To date, nothing has been done to assure us that we are safe.

Heartwarming experience

I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Kona Sept. 2021. In June 2022 my car was hit and it was written off as the damages were so extensive. I reached out to Sarnia Hyundai to purchase a vehicle to replace my loss..Danielle, Mike and Raj were excellent to deal with and helped me thru the process with such compassion and professionalism...They made it so easy for me at a time when I was so discouraged with losing a brand new vehicle and now having to repeat the process..The Sarnia Hyundai is the place to go..thank you, thank you thank you...

Upset by 2020 Outback Failure

I went to start my 2020 Outback. Foot on the break and pushed the starter button and it went ballistic. Lights flashing on the instrument panel and rapid clicking under the hood. Could not even get it out of "Park". Turned on high beams and tried horn which worked just fine, so the battery is good. Called Subaru roadside service and tow truck operator googled to find out how to get it out of park and into neutral. Towed to dealer on Friday afternoon and there it sits. Only has 16,000 km (10,000 mi) on it. To say I am upset is an understatement. I am careful with the car but do take it down some really remote trails and bush roads with a lot of them being beyond cell phone coverage. In fact, I use the Outback not quite off road but close. Having it fail could literally leave me stranded in the bush. This is my second outback. The first one was stellar. The reason I bought the new one was because I need 100% reliability. Your thoughts or ideas would be appreciated
