Used truck purchase (Toyota Tacoma)
I purchased my 'new to me' Toyota Tacoma from Hudson's Stratford Kia in October. I happened to be in the area, and saw the truck I was looking for on their lot...it was meant to be!!!
As with most used vehicles, there are imperfections to be expected. However, there was one imperfection that was a definite eye sore...Steve Smith went above and beyond to have the situation rectified. Thank you to this Kia team for making the overall purchasing experience worth the drive to Stratford :)

Used Car (Audi TTS) Purchase
Let me start with found the car I have always wanted!!
It was here at Hudson's Stratford KIA that had this used car and was just over 500kms from where I live (Sudbury) to get it.
I had Called and spoke with a Great young salesman named Jordan Ritsma. Jordan had given me all the details about this car and had me sold over the phone. I had pretty much purchased this car with just detailed pictures and prices.
My journey began on a Thursday morning driving to Stratford to tentatively purchase this beautiful used car. Jordan had made sure this car was ready to show/ Mechanically ready to take home upon my inspection.
The sales team couldn't of been more friendly with smiling faces followed with handshakes to welcome us to Hudson's Stratford KIA dealership.
I had met with the sales manager (Steve Smith) and Finance manager (Alicia Hunter) both very friendly people and easy to talk to. This dealership was Brand new very clean and had a Professional atmosphere.
Extremely satisfied I had purchased the used car with no warranty and started my long drive back home to Sudbury.
Unfortunately 3 days later when I got home I had a problem with my car there was something wrong with the suspension and I was concerned that this was not going to be covered as I did not have a warranty.
I had called the dealership that same day talking with the salesman Jordan and the sales Manager Steve Smith about these issues. Steve Smith had assured me that they would take care of any concerns with the car and fix what should be working and stand by there 30 day warranty.
I had brought my car to a local garage here in sudbury as it was to far to drive to Stratford to diagnose the cars issues. I had Called Hudson's Stratford KIA and they are taking care of my whole invoice to fix this unforeseen problems.
I Must say I can't express how much this Dealership Team cares about their Customers .
A+ For HUDSONS KIA and how much they have done to make sure I was extremely satisfied with them.
I can make a promise that next Purchase I make I will be making my way Down to Hudsons Kia worth the drive.
New or used they are the absolute best Dealership out there.
Thank you (Jordan Ritsma) and Steve Smith for all your Efforts they will NOT go Unnoticed.

Happy Ending thanks to Steve Smith - Hudson's Stratford Kia
In May of this year I was in a serious car accident that resulted in the total write off of my vehicle. My confidence to drive was at an all time low. Steve Smith's compassion for my situation and his extensive knowledge of the products in the Kia range turned this trying situation around. Steve understood that as well as safety being of the utmost importance , the right car size and options - a Rio EX and even the colour - Ice Blue would be instrumental to restore my confidence and pleasure to drive. I now look forward to driving my sporty Kia Rio. Thanks for the Happy Ending Steve ! :)

Wonderful Experience with Steve Smith of Hudson's Stratford Kia
I want to share the story of how Steve Smith of Hudson's Kia was able to help me find a fantastic Rio EX. In May of this year I was in a serious car accident that resulted in the total write off of my car. My confidence to drive was at an all time low. With his compassion for my situation and his expert knowledge of the fantastic range of Kia products he was able to match me up with the perfect car to get me back on the road and loving to drive again. He listened to my needs and understood that feeling safe in a new vehicle was the priority but he also realized that the right car - size, options even the colour Ice Blue would help me put the negative experience of the accident behind me. Now I am happy and excited to get into my sporty, new Rio EX and drive with confidence. Thanks again Steve :)

2018 Kia Sedona
I purchased a 2018 Kia Sedona van with 9,000kms a few months ago from Hudsons Kia and have not had a good experience. The rear quarter panel at the bottom of the sliding doors bulges out therefore causing stones to chip off all the paint including the plastic shield guard that has been put there to protect it. At first I thought it was very poor design Kia had made but then started to notice the chip marks are all over. They are on the hood, all along the sides even on the roof. Kia wanted to replace the shield guard but the paint is so badly chipped and is starting to rust i told them that was not going to fix the paint or rust. We bought the van with under 10,000 km. We reported the problem almost right away. The day we picked the van up they had had cleaned the van which is how we noticed the plastic guard looked damaged so they promised to replace it at our first oil change. When we got home it was obvious they had already touched up some of the paint with pen paint so we told them that too. By the time it was time to get the oil change the paint was chipped so badly it was even starting to rust so I told them I wanted that fixed before they put the new shield protectors on. Then Kia took pictures sent it to kia warranty and told us they don't cover stone chips. The thing is this Kia van had still less then 13,000km it should never have hundreds of stone chips. There is something very wrong! I took the van to a body shop for a second opinion, they were blown away that a 2018 van with less then 13,000 kms would have rust and so many stone chips everywhere. The body shop guy told me he wouldn't even want to touch it because he would need to strip the whole van down completely incase its the primer and no one would want to pay him the amount of money needed to do that. So he called the Kia dealer and told them that they would be better off giving me a new van then to try and fix this one. So Kia took it to their own body shop and again told us they don't cover stone chips and touched it up with pen paint which looks ridiculous and even more obvious now. Everyone who sees what this van is doing can clearly see that its not normal, but so far no one can help us because apparently there is only one guy who works for all the Kia dealers in all of Southern Ontario who needs to look at it and and determine whether this is a paint defect or not. First I was told he would be in the area beginning of June, then end of June, now he has had a Surgery and it probably won't be till end of July now.
