Truck was not ready when it was suppose to be. Lady who went for licence plates and transfer had problem but did not call to say vehicle would not be done. Had to sit there at dealership for more than 2 hours while things got straightened out. Was told Manager would call to apologize and send us free service coupon but never heard from anyone or received anything
All questions were answered 100% to my satisfaction. Very thorough discussion had about my car wants and needs. Very satisfied with the service and ultimately my purchase decision. Highly recommended.

The only thing I would have liked, phone call wise, was an update as to when my roof rails would be in. I ordered them when I purchased the Kia at the beginning of August and have yet to receive them.
