I purchased a vehicle from Bank Street Kia with a bad safety, the car was rough shifting and transmission seemed to be slipping, the dealer ship said they put their best mechanic on and I was told the car(2016 Jeep) just had a shitty CVT Transmission(the vehicle actually had a 6 speed automatic) I told them I did not feel comfortable with the sale but they already had the keys to my trade in and the car I was trading in was no longer mine I need to take the new one. At this point I am 4 hours from home and don't really know what to do I tell them then when I get home it is going to the Chrysler dealership in my hometown. When inspected by the Chrysler dealership I was told that I was ready to lose the wheels off the car and it had a shotty safety. I forwarded my $1600 invoice to the Kia dealership and their sales manager(Moe Sabra) offered me a cheque for only $62 and said it was my fault for not catching the other stuff.

Had the detailing done post-purchase and they dinged the car on the hood. The salesman who was releasing the car to my wife distracted her from inspecting their work by rewashing the hood in front of her claiming it was “dusty”. When I rushed back to them with the damage they blamed it on me and refused to repair it. I’m seriously afraid to bring my new vehicle back to them for their “free lifetime of the vehicle oil changes” I’ve read so many horror stories since I’ve started looking deeper into their reviews all over the web. I’m going to see if I can get transferred to another dealership with my extended warranty. From everything I’ve read online I would STAY AWAY.
