Great Experience Buying a New KIA Sportage
While I was excited to get a new car (obviously), I usually hate having to go to a dealership and deal with sales people and negotiate. My experience at Kia with Mo (salesperson) and Ralph (finance) was so much different...in a the best way. They were just really nice people and I felt zero pressure. The were super patient answering all my questions and explained things (car features, warranty options) in an easy to understand and thorough manner. I would definitely recommend this dealership and those two in particular.

Outstanding client experience
We recently bought a Kia Niro and had amazing service. We dealt with Elias, who was courteous, friendly, and who wholly shared my enthusiasm about my new car! He made sure we were happy with our car and the terms of the purchase and answered all our questions and requests. From the financial side, Sunny was also great to deal with. He worked with us to get good value for our purchase. I will recommend Bank Street Kia to everyone I know who is looking for a car.
