Terrible customer service at Parts

I needed to replace an antenna that is partially snapped. Waited at the Parts window for more than 10 minutes during business hour, nobody answered, even after I asked is anybody there? Finally a guy seemed extremely grumpy showed up, no smile, no greeting, no apology, but full of mean attitude and sarcastic comments I've ever seen from a company employee. He was annoyed by my question and just the fact that there is a customer needed help to buy something from the company. What's worse is after I provided him the model and year of the car, he asked for my VIN number and insurance card, I found it rather odd that he needs so much information from me when I just needed an antenna. Wondering why he wants so much information, I asked why do you need my VIN or insurance card, instead of explaining to me why like a trained employee, he threw me a "Why, is there any reason you can't provide your VIN?" Threw his screen at me for a few seconds, no explanation. Never have I ever been treated by someone so rude and unprofessional in an established organization. Nobody should talk or act to a customer like that, if they want to maintain good relationship and company image. He even gave me a price that is twice as needed at the end. A technician came check on my car and said it's not fully broken, only half of what the Parts guy told me. So I don't think I will come back to this place, its unprofessionalism shocked me and made me feel uncomfortable.

AVOID!!! Easy to sell you a car, POOR SERVICE

I dropped off one of my vehicles (a 2001 Infiniti QX4) at Woodchester Infiniti (based in Mississauga) on Tuesday April 26, 2016 for a structural recall issued by Infiniti. I received a rental vehicle during the time repairs were to be conducted. I received noticed late afternoon on Wednesday April 27, 2016 that the vehicle was ready for pick up. I emailed ken@woodchesterinfiniti.ca and also CC'd Rob at Woodchester Collision on April 28, 2016 at 7:30am regarding whether the vehicle was taken for a road or highway test. I received no response, and at 11:30am I called only to hear Ken respond: "I'm swamped, I haven't had a chance to read your email and the repair is to be done by our collision centre, so call them." I called Rob at Woodchester Collision, and left him a voicemail at 11:35am, again at 1pm, and I received no response to either phone call or previously sent email. I picked up the vehicle at 1:15pm from Woodchester Infiniti and addressed my concerns to the Service Manager and received no apologies or response. It is not my duty to contact the collision centre as Woodchester Infiniti is acting as my representative for such recall work. A sales rep, Sid, at this location was aware that we are in the market for a lease on a QX60, and I informed him that I will not be buying an Infiniti from this dealership. I currently have a 2014 Range Rover Sport, a 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC and a couple of other Mercedes-Benz and BMW products. We had made to purchases back in 2001 from Woodcehster and chose to perhaps purchase again from them this year. Service is half the purchase. And I feel Infiniti markets itself as a premium brand yet fails to display premium service. In fact, I was handed the keys to this vehicle without a wash, or any papers reflecting what recall repairs were conducted. VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!

Excellent Customer Service

I have dealt with Woodchester Infiniti/Nissan for over 10 years (5 vehicles) and this time around I was contemplating switching my allegiance to a German model for nothing more than a change. The decision to stay with Woodchester was made easy considering the professional service that I continue to receive from Peter. Great attitude and he makes the purchasing/leasing experience a pleasant one. Keep it up!

Thank you Joe Moumdjian for going the extra mile to make our car-shopping experience a positive one. You were courteous, professional and knowledgeable throughout the time we were at the dealership, even when we considered shopping around at other places. Not once did you get aggressive or pushy as others have done. That was the main reason we decided to come back to Nissan and buy our car from you. Your after-sale service has also been exceptional. Joe Moumdjian, it was and continues to be a pleasure to have met you. Your level of professionalism, realism and humanity made it easy to do business with you. As long as you are at Woodchester Nissan they will continue to get our business. If you are looking for a vehicle, new/used, you can be confident that you can get a fair deal with Joe. He is not the stereotypical salesperson, he is as real and down to earth as you and I. If you don't want to be taken advantaged of by unscrupulous sales reps, GO SEE Joe!! So I bought a 2010 Infinity, and there was an issue with one of the doors. took it to the Woodchester Infinity Service centre and was appalled by the lack of professionalism and poor service offered by the service manager. One call to Joe helped remedy the situation. How many times do we encounter poor after sales service? With Joe in your corner, I am confident that he will be there for you as he has been for me. Thank you Joe. Woodchester Nissan, You are lucky to have this individual working with you.
