Overall, good service.
Generally good service. Some things regarding what we needed to bring to each appointment were not clear. Staff seemed quite busy...Yves was good, but we kept being told we had to wait to talk to the manager, then they said he was too busy.

I had a good service with a fair price deal. However, the payment facilitation process need to be improved. The customer should be provided a clear and complete payment information.
