Purchase of my new vehicle
I'm a new customer at Myers Orleans Nissan. I bought a 2015, Micra back in March and the first person I met with was Kevin Theriault. Kevin was professional, demonstrate an excellent work ethic and took well care of us.

The problems I experienced with regard to receiving only one key with purchasing and coming back twice because the wrong key was ordered was I felt not the salesman's problem as he. Was trying his best to get it resolved. The second problem was with the financial closing part of the deal. I have had 5 Nissan cars over the past 15 or so years and love the product but the closing finance mgr seemed rushed, in a hurry and always was going to have to check with the salesman.. The salesman should be part of the closing. I never experienced the rushed, check with salesman in previous Nissan dealings.

Colin spoke french and found the SUV I was looking for at the right price.
everything went well, SUV was deliver on time, he took the time to go thru all the option. really like this new Murano.

Worst customer service ever
We brought our truck in sat am for our scheduled appmt at 8am. It sat there til 3pm and no one even looked at it. We called 3 times during the course of the day only to be brushed off by Tina their service advisor. She just keep saying we are busy and our policy allows us to keep the vehicle until 3pm. When my bf was told they hadn't even looked at it we were very upset as we could've brought it somewhere else where it could've been at least looked at not to mention treated better by service advisor. When we picked up our truck the 3 Svc advisors were socializing having coffee and taking smoke breaks. We spoke with the manager and he was apologetic however said there was nothing he could do. You would think to lessen the impact they would've at least washed it ...nope. This experience left a sour taste in our mouths as we have a 8 hour drive to do the next day with a fuel pump on its way out. Our 8 hour drive on Friday took 12 hours as we were towing a trailer and had to pull off the road in Toronto to have someone briefly look it over. We had it looked over by a mechanic who deals with imports who suggested we bring it somewhere in Ottawa to have it looked at. This is when we made our appmt with Myers Nissan at 430 on Friday. Tina explained it would be there a couple hours to get diagnosed. Extremely upset by the poor customer service and will never go there again.
