2012 Nissan rogue
Experience so far with Myers Nissan has been very positive. John was great to deal with - straightforward, accommodating and not the usual, overly pushy salesman type. I would recommend him to family and friends searching for a new car. Very happy with the car so far.

purchase of new 2015 Nissan Frontier
Overall, I am very satisfied with the process of negotiating a price and purchasing my new vehicle. I would say, however, that when dealing with the financial manager, the one item that I would have preferred to negotiate with the salesman (and not the finance person) was the addition of the electronic rust control module. I believe it to be a good product and therefore agreed to add it on, but the final purchase amount and resulting financing and payments increased noticeably from the price that I initially agreed upon with the salesman and sales manager. Again, not enough to make me change my mind, but enough to make me reflect on that particular part of the process. When signing the vehicle purchase agreement, I would have preferred to have negotiated the final price including the cost of the rust module - not after having signed the agreement with a specific price, and then being asked if I wanted to add on the module at extra cost.
In general, though, this is a minor detail and I am happy with my experience purchasing a vehicle at Myers' Nissan. I believe I have received good value for the price that I paid.

I was very pleased with our sales rep, Kevin Theriault, Jessica the Financal Manager and Philip Lalande, Service Manager.
I have had four Saturn over the years so moving to Nissan was a big shift for me. It was a comfortable experience, no high sales pressure. Even before my test drive, I spoke to the service manager to ensure follow up maintenance would be an easy process and hassle free. I have always drove a V6 so the move to a Nissan Rogue SL was an adjustment. So far so good.....hope it is the beginning of a good relationship. . Nora Ann McKibbon
