Great experience dealing with Bath Fitter from the first phone call to completion of installation. Job was completed on day scheduled within time allotted. Installers were on time, friendly, did a fantastic job and cleanup was great. Highly recommend.

Professional Service
The installer was professional, left the bathroom clean and tidy, and respectful of our home - mats were laid from the front door to the bathroom. Instructions on use of cleaners were very clear.

walk in shower well installed and caulked, window finish beautiful
"subway tile wall" order not received - so disappointed. we thought 4" base was 4", but is 2" and slope to drain, very flat, so shower rarely dries. I fix that with a swiffer-picker-upper mop! easy in & out, easy to clean. happy. Vicki
