Village Luxury Cars

I was looking to get my first car and was referred by a family member to contact Harris Javaid for his excellent service. Harris took my information down and got to work in finding me a car which was within my budget and requirements. Only a week later he contacted me about a trade in which came in for him and fits my budget. Harris went above and beyond and provided me with mobile test drive service by brining the car closer to me as I wasn't able to come to the dealership. The car was great and very attractively priced, well within my budget. It also came with winter tires and rear view camera. I am very happy with my Mazda 3 hatchback. First and foremost I would like anyone reading this to understand I am a very picky guy and time is extremely important to me. I had previously walked away from 2 other deals because of the lack of service or lack of transparency. Now my village luxury cars experience started when I messaged asking for a price and more info on a BMW 335. ( in reality I was never interested in 335 I wanted the 435 just curious to see more info on vehicle) but this dealership at the time did not have any. Christopher responded instantly , very polite and professional. He sent me more info on the 335. I did not respond until he sent me an email apologizing to me because he didn't do enough to put me in the car WOW. I was so impressed and surprised in reality Chris had no reason to apologize he'd been great. So I responded and advised I was interested in 435. After a week or two. I have another email from Chris. We just got a new 435 in and thought of you. I'll make you a video and send tomorrow. Again so impressed. The car was gorgeous. I was instantly interested. When I came in I met Harris the sales manager and unlike most managers who are cold or hard o even talk to. Harris was so inviting unbelievably helpful and made me a fair offer on my trade. i dealt with Harris for the next 2 weeks to finalize the deal he is a straight shooter. That wants what's best for his customers. I will definitely be back and I recommend anyone and everyone to give them a shot. I'd give higher than 5 stars if I could. Thank you VCL for everything

Chris was amazing. He went above and beyond coming in on a Sunday to assist me in purchasing my new car. Great, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely see Chris when I'm looking for my next car.
