You kept driving the vehicle, You called me and said that the vehicle was making a noise and I advised you to stop driving it. I gave you the name of a shop in Leamington to look at it. Last we spoke, 2 weeks ago, you were on your way here to the dealership to talk about how we could work together to figure out a solution. You didn't show up or call and this is the first that we've heard from you. I'd like to remind you that you made the smart decision to purchase extended warranty but put 30,000 kilometers on the vehicle and it unfortunately expired. Otherwise, a lot of the repairs would have been covered. I would still like to work with you and urge you to contact me. I am sorry for the situation that you're in but to blame us for everything is not fair. In closing, I would like the remind you of the 5 star review that you gave us at the time of sale when we helped you out of another tough situation that you found yourself in.
